I use fireworks (since my mum bought it for her web-designing) but its like really expensive. Its like photoshop in a way, so if you want to do that kind of stuff, photoshop is the way to go.

I used 3ds Max 2009,default scanline render,and Video Post.
If you check out the link included,it will show you step by
step the settings,materials etc.I'm glad it wasn't V-Ray,because
with my graphics card,it would still be rendering!:omfg:
